Where are the tabs in Internet Explorer 11?

Darn it, I swipe from the top and no tabs.  I right click and no tabs.  Oh wait a minute, they show up on the bottom now!  Sort of missed that initially. Duh!

 

They look like this, handy if you are using a tablet for sure, the image below this one shows the Address bar:

And here is the Frequent and Favorite bar, when you put the focus in the URL address bar, colorful:

    I don't understand why they moved them, it is harder to navigate like this, as the top is usually more accessible, especially on a tablet that is resting on a stand or in your lap. One thing I would change back or make configurable if I had the power...

    Niclas, agree this should configurable, but as a somewhat developer these days, I can see why the tabs are on the bottom.   Why? (My opinion, not any internal source) If I am seated or standing, my fingers tend to be toward the bottom because of the way I am holding the device. But really it took me a few minutes to figure this one out.
