Architecture Driven Agile Development

As a follow on to my As Agile As Possible post, here's a recent blog entry from David Anderson on Large Scale Agile Development. He references another article from Scott Ambler on scaling agile, this time focused on how architecture enables scaling of agile projects.

Leveraging 'just enough' up front architecture work to enable teams to work in an agile manner makes a lot of sense to me. It's great to see more good information becoming available for this approach.
