Apple sold more iPods than Macs in the last quarter

Apple shipped 749 thousand Macintosh® units and 807 thousand iPods during the quarter, representing a 5 percent increase in CPU units and a 909 percent increase in iPods over the year-ago quarter.

This is an interesting trend... I haven't seen enough data to know what the relative profits are.

  Much easier to show off an iPod - now if G5s had snazzy little white headphones everyone would be lugging them around :-)
