The Connector can be configured to configure Notes DocLinks as OLE attachments for Outlook users, but it doesn’t work in Outlook 2003. What are my options?

A security setting in Outlook 2003 prevents the OLE attachments from being launchable.

This functionality may be disabled, but this is not recommended due to the security risks involved.

A safer option is to convert the DocLink to a URL link pointing back to the information on the Domino server or to attach the linked information as a rtf attachment. For more information, see How to enable OLE in Outlook 2003 or To Link or Not to Link.
