George Durzi and Michael Greenlee just published Professional Unified Communications Development with Microsoft Lync Server 2010 on Wrox.  George and I worked on the UC “14” early adopter program together since the early alpha bits leading up to the release of the Unified Communications “14” Training Course.  I’m not exaggerating when I say few people outside of Microsoft have been developing with these bits longer than George.
