Using Microsoft Project Server 2010 To Learn a Foreign Language!
As mentioned earlier this week: 2010 Server Language Packs for SharePoint Server 2010 Beta, Project Server 2010 Beta, and Search Server Express 2010 Beta Language Packs are now available for Public Beta. As Doug mentioned we also want to hear your feedback on the localized versions of Project 2010: Help us test the translations
I have just installed all of them in my favorite Ignite Demo Image and it works like a charm (see below the different menus to do Portfolio Analysis in 2010), a great way to brush up with French and Spanish skills (currently in Mexico City delivering Project 2010 Ignite training) :)

Deployment instructions are very straightforward and documented on TechNet: Deploy SharePointServer 2010 Language Packs
Once deployed you need to do this (thanks Brian Smith for giving me the instructions): within PWA go to Site Actions | Site Settings | Site Administration for Language settings, activate all languages you are interested in:
Enabling Languages within PWA | |
To test the different languages you have installed and configured, change the default language within Internet Explorer |
