Yes Project Server 2010 is missing, stay tune for more information, in the meantime start deploying SharePoint Server 2010, Office Professional 2010 and Project Professional 2010 in your favorite language. Last but not least please read the MSDN/TechNet Software Use Rights prior to any install.
