Announcing the release of Project Portfolio Server 2007 Service Pack 2 (SP2)
We are happy to announce the release Project Portfolio Server 2007 Service Pack 2 (SP2) to the Microsoft Download Center. Before you install this service pack it is essential that you read the following two knowledge base articles, and thoroughly read the guidance and test out the patch in a separate environment prior to a production rollout.

That's because it's not supported! I recommend you consider the new Portfolio Strategy capabilities of Project Server 2010 which is due out next month which is now 64-bit.Anonymous

Hi christophe, Thanks for ur reply. I am having a lot of problems with microsoft project portfolio server 2007 and configuring it with SQL Server reporting services 2008(32 bit) so I moved to SSRS 2005 and I am trying to test the SSRS connection with MOPPS using the two tests they have mentioned in MOPPS deployment guide (page 71 to be precise). I cleared one test where I can see the reports folder with sample reports in reportserver. But the second test is giving me a lot of problems. When I do the export to excel it throws an error. I was wondering if I need to install excel on the server. If yes, We are still using office 2003 so, Is that a problem ? Please help me out with this situation .....
