Beta 2--RTM changes, Disk Cacheable and detailed API changes

We recently posted a detailed article describing the changes between Beta2 and RTM of ASP.NET 2.0.  One of the biggest changes the the removal of the Diskbased output caching and I wanted to post some more information about that, the rationale, and workarounds for the change.  You can get that information here: https://msdn.microsoft.com/asp.net/beta2/diskcacheable/default.aspx
