The Code Project Virtual Tech Summit Premieres Tomorrow Feb 23rd

I’ll be presenting at the Code Project’s virtual tech summit on LightSwitch. This is a free, online “conference” with both Visual Studio developer and Agile tracks. Check out the agenda:

The Code Project Virtual Tech Summit Agenda

Here’s my session which will premiere at 3:15pm PST tomorrow and will be available on demand for 90 days.

Introduction to Visual Studio LightSwitch
LightSwitch is a new product in the Visual Studio family aimed at developers who want to easily create business applications for the desktop or the cloud. It simplifies the development process by letting you concentrate on the business logic while LightSwitch handles the common tasks for you. In this demo-heavy session, you will see, end-to-end, how to build and deploy a data-centric business application using LightSwitch. Well also go beyond the basics of creating simple screens over data and demonstrate how to create screens with more advanced capabilities.

Register here!

Enjoy!

Hi Philip, I'm sorry but I don't know much about motorcycles :-) You'll have to figure out what kind of properties of a motorcycle you want to capture in your application. I encourage you to follow along this video series that will help you understand what you need to do to build your own application using LightSwitch: msdn.microsoft.com/.../ff938857 You can also ask questions about LightSwitch in the forums: social.msdn.microsoft.com/.../threads HTH, -Beth
