Pictures from TechEd 2010 New Orleans
Wow! Did I have fun or what? I’m back home from a wonderful time at TechEd in NOLA. It was my first time to this amazing (and energy filled) city. TechEds are always a lot of fun but this one was filled with a lot more cultural experiences, hospitality, local flavors and GREAT music and food. I will have to get back to this city in a more relaxed vacation mode instead of work mode. My favorite party was actually the attendee party where we got to all dance to Rockin' Dopsie, Jr. & The Zydeco Twisters and meet “Mr. Mardi Gras”.
Working the Visual Studio 2010 booth was loads of fun. I had a lot of great questions and it was fun showing off some of the new features in VS2010 particularly around SharePoint, Office, Silverlight and WPF development. Visit https://www.msteched.com/ for videos of TechEd sessions and Keynotes. I didn’t get to attend any sessions so I’ll be watching some of these myself!
Here are the pictures I took on my phone during the event. I know more than a couple people who are holding more (probably for ransom) so once I get those I’ll post them as well – especially the video of me and Sara dancing to zydeco.

I’ll miss you New Orleans but it’s good to be home in the land of dry air and sunny skies. :-)
