IWDFFileHandleTargetFactory interface (wudfddi.h)

The IWDFFileHandleTargetFactory interface is a factory interface that is used to create a file-handle-based target device object.

Drivers obtain the IWDFFileHandleTargetFactory interface by calling IWDFDevice::QueryInterface.
