Uninstall the specified extension from the account / project collection.

DELETE https://extmgmt.dev.azure.com/{organization}/_apis/extensionmanagement/installedextensionsbyname/{publisherName}/{extensionName}?api-version=6.0-preview.1

With optional parameters:
