DXVA2 Capabilities Test
The WDDM driver for display adapter or chipset must support the following DXVA2 video processor caps for the DXVA2_VideoProcProgressiveDevice and DXVA2_VideoProcBobDevice device GUIDs:
-DXVA2_VideoProcess_SubStreamsExtended
-DXVA2_VideoProcess_Constriction
