Creates a TeamFoundationTask with the specified arguments

Parameters

• callback
  Type: Microsoft.TeamFoundation.Framework.Server.TeamFoundationTaskCallback

  The callback that should be invoked when the task is executed

• taskArgs
  Type: System.Object

  The arguments to pass to the task callback when it is invoked

• startTime
  Type: System.DateTime

  The first time the task should run. If the time specified is earlier than DateTime.UtcNow, the job will be run immediately

• interval
  Type: System.Int32

  The interval for the task in milliseconds. If this is 0, the task runs once.
