This is used to create a team project and all the infrastructure surronding it. Permissions, checkin notes, users, etc...

Parameters

• teamProjectOptions
  Type: Microsoft.TeamFoundation.VersionControl.Server.TeamProjectFolderOptions

  Settings used to create the team project.

• maxClientPathLength
  Type: System.Int32

  The maximum client supported server path length.
