TeamProjectCollectionProperties.Authority Property

The accepted host name by which to access the team project collection when constructing a URL that is meant to target the collection. If the authority is null, then any URL that targets the TFS instance can be used to resolve the team project collection, by means of exclusive use of the VirtualDirectory property. Otherwise, both the Authority and the VirtualDirectory are used to resolve the team project collection. Example: Authority = contoso.tfs.net VirtualDirectory = ~/ProjectCollection. A URL such as the following will target this project collection: http://contoso.tfs.net/ProjectCollection/Services/v3.0/LocationService.asmx. Any other host name in the URL will not be able to resolve this project collection.
