Creates a new message queue.

Parameters

• requestContext
  Type: Microsoft.TeamFoundation.Framework.Server.TeamFoundationRequestContext

  The request context

• queueName
  Type: System.String

  The name of the message queue

• description
  Type: System.String

  An optional description of the message queue

Exceptions

Exception	Condition
AccessCheckException	If the caller does not have Create permission for the message queue security namespace
MessageQueueAlreadyExistsException	If a message queue already exists with the specified name
