	EstimatedCost	The estimated cost is a definition of approximately how much processing time and resources will be used in the execution of this method.
	MethodType	Returns the type of the method.
	Name	This is the name of the method being executed.
	Parameters	This is the set of parameters associated with this web method. This collection should not be modified. To update the collection use AddParameter and AddParameterArray.
