Send a SQL notification to the system.

Parameters

• requestContext
  Type: Microsoft.TeamFoundation.Framework.Server.TeamFoundationRequestContext

  RequestContextBase for the sender

• eventClass
  Type: System.Guid

  Event class of the notification to send

• eventData
  Type: System.String

  Optional event data to send together with the notification
