Parameters
hdc
Type: System.IntPtr[in] Handle to the display context in which to draw the ToolTip window.
prc
Type: array<Microsoft.VisualStudio.OLE.Interop.RECT[][in] Specifies the bounding rectangle for the ToolTip window.
Return Value
Type: System.Int32
If the method succeeds, it returns S_OK. If it fails, it returns an error code.
