Gesture.Slide Method (Point, Point, Int32)
Perform a slide gesture. A slide gesture is used primarily for panning interactions but can also be used for moving, drawing, or writing.

startPoint
Type: Microsoft.VisualStudio.TestTools.UITest.Input.PointThe coordinates on the screen where sliding is to begin.
endPoint
Type: Microsoft.VisualStudio.TestTools.UITest.Input.PointThe coordinates on the screen where sliding is to end.
durationInMilliseconds
Type: Int32The duration of the slide gesture in milliseconds.
Remarks
Playback of a slide gesture depends on screen resolution. If the resolution changes, the parameters may have to be changed.
