Get the preferred address.

Parameters

• requestContext
  Type: Microsoft.TeamFoundation.Framework.Server.TeamFoundationRequestContext

• teamFoundationId

• confirmed
  Type: System.Boolean

  When true, returns the preferred address if it is set and confirmed. If not confirmed return the default email address. When false, returns the preferred address if it is set, otherwise returns the default.
