Parameters

• localRegistry
  Type: Microsoft.VisualStudio.Shell.Interop.ILocalRegistry

  Establishes a locally-registered COM object relative to the local Visual Studio registry hive

• clsid
  Type: System.Guid

  GUID of object to be created

• typeId
  Type: System.Guid

  GUID assotiated with specified System.Type
