DataReader.NextResult Method
Advances the data reader to the next result in cases where the reader contains multiple results.

Return Value
Type: System.Boolean
Returns true if more results remain to be read and the reader was advanced to the next result. Returns false if no more results were found.
Remarks
Any exception that occurs indicates that a provider-specific error occurred when moving to the next result.
