ViewManager.View Property
This API supports the .NET Framework infrastructure and is not intended to be used directly from your code.
When overridden in a derived class, gets the view for the designer.

Remarks
This property will return nulla null reference (Nothing in Visual Basic) until the Initialize method has been called.
