Gets or sets a value that indicates whether the message header can be relayed.

true if the message header can be relayed; otherwise, false.
Remarks
The SOAP specification defines a header block as one that can be relayed in the forwarded message if the header block is targeted at a role acted on by the SOAP intermediary, but not otherwise processed by the intermediary.
