VsShellUtilities.CreateAsyncDocView Method

Creates an instance of an IAsyncDocView object.
When LoadDocViewAsync(IProgress<LoadDocViewProgress>, LoadDocumentViewContext, CancellationToken) is called,
it will wait for intellisense before executing asyncDocViewFactory.
