Retourneert alle afzonderlijke combinaties van sms-bewerkingen en versieparen.

Percentielen voor sms-bewerking berekenen

Berekent de 90e, 95e en 99e percentielen van de uitvoeringsduur in milliseconden voor elke SMS-bewerking. Het kan worden aangepast om te worden uitgevoerd voor één bewerking of voor andere percentielen.
