Top 10 Sources. It's a site that provides the 'top 10 resources' maintained by someone who knows something about a topic.

Two examples:

Here is the 'Thinkers of the Web' page, listing the current top ten resources (these change daily). Here's the OPML directory of ten resources and / or the RSS feed of the whole page.

Here's the Web 2.0 page and the OPML listing the top feeds.

There's an Apple page and a Google page. No Microsoft page yet...
