ms211320.pubfield(en-US,SQL.90).gif lMaxLength Indicates the maximum length of the data stored in a buffer column.
ms211320.pubfield(en-US,SQL.90).gif lOffset Indicates the number of bytes from the beginning of a row to where the column data begins.
