Supported Operations

Send Survey

Send a satisfaction survey to a contact. Fill in contact details such us the salutation, the first or last names to provide a personalized satisfaction survey experience.

Obtaining Credentials

Upon creating your Surveyapp account, create a satisfaction survey, add some ratings (NPS, CSAT) questions and optionally some follow-up questions and then, at the survey distribution step, copy the API Key for use with the Connector.
