Eventually someone read and understood the whole story and found it out. Congrat's. If Microsoft would have done s.th. like that, everybody would have called it bluff package. And demanded the service must be opened to everyone.
Now it is it just a limitation and "... this deal will probably benefit many consumers ...". Come on, wake up folks. It is either free like in free for everyone or it is not.
