Big Brother is watching you - now on VoIP

I am in Redmond at the moment and I am unable to follow any discussions in Swiss news but I just saw this article in Sonntagszeitung https://www.sonntagszeitung.ch/dyn/news/multimedia/674264.html (sorry for the French speaking colleagues but it is in German).

This scares the hell out of me if I see that they are trying to find a way for the ISP to install a Trojan on my PC - even though I do not yet see how they could do that (I am running as User - not Admin) but nevertheless - if they could do it - the bad guys can do it through the same mechanism...

Am I too touchy here? I do not know but somehow this is really scary
