프로그램에서 MsiSetFeatureAttributes 호출하기 전에 설치 관리자는 먼저 CostInitialize 작업을 실행해야 합니다. 그런 다음 설치 관리자는 MsiSetFeatureAttributes 후 CostFinalize 작업을 실행합니다.
