Enables implicit casts from an instance of type JsonValue to a Decimal object.

Type: System.Json.JsonValue
The instance of JsonValue used to initialize the Decimal object.

Type: System.Decimal
The Decimal initialized with the JsonValue value specified.

Exception	Condition
InvalidCastException	The JsonType of value is not a Number and so cannot be cast to Decimal.

This static method typically is not explicitly called by users. It is invoked automatically to enable implicit casts when made.
