String.IEnumerable<Char>.GetEnumerator Method

Returns an enumerator that iterates through the current String object.

Return Value

Type: System.Collections.Generic.IEnumerator<Char>
A IEnumerator<T> of type Char that can be used to iterate through the current String object.

Remarks

This member is an explicit interface member implementation. It can be used only when the String instance is cast to an IEnumerable<T> interface. For more information, see the GetEnumerator method.
