BindingBase.StringFormat Property

Gets or sets a string that specifies how to format the binding if it displays the bound value as a string.

Property Value

Type: System.String
A string that specifies how to format the binding if it displays the bound value as a string. The default is nulla null reference (Nothing in Visual Basic).

Exceptions

Exception Condition
InvalidOperationException

When setting this property, the binding has already been attached to a binding target.
