Remarks
This implementation deliberately does nothing, but raises no exception. It is possible to set the SelectedItem to nulla null reference (Nothing in Visual Basic) with code, but not possible set SelectedItem to nulla null reference (Nothing in Visual Basic) through the UI, and thus the peer automation reporting behavior here is aligned with the control property and UI behavior.
