ResourceSet.GetObject Method (String)

Searches for a resource object with the specified name.

Parameters

  • name
    Type: System.String
    Case-sensitive name of the resource to search for.

Return Value

Type: System.Object
The requested resource.

Exceptions

Exception Condition
ArgumentNullException

The name parameter is nulla null reference (Nothing in Visual Basic).

InvalidOperationException

This ResourceSet has been closed.

ObjectDisposedException

The object has been disposed.

Remarks

The name of the resource object is case sensitive. For a case-insensitive search, use GetObject.
