Delegate control of RSoP

To delegate control of RSoP

Open Active Directory Users and Computers.
In the Name column, right-click the organizational unit that you want to delegate control of Resultant Set of Policy (RSoP), and then click Delegate Control.
In the Delegation of Control Wizard, click Next.
On the Users or Groups page, click Add.
In the Name box, type the name of the user or group to which you want to delegate control, and then click OK.
Verify that the user or group that appears in the Selected users and groups box is correct, and then click Next.
On the Tasks to Delegate page, click Delegate the following common tasks.
Select the Generate Resultant Set of Policy (logging) check box or the Generate Resultant Set of Policy (planning) check box (you can select both), and then click Next.
Verify the information that appears, and then click Finish.
Click the folders in the console tree to view the data in the details pane.

Notes

To open Active Directory Users and Computers, click Start, point to Programs, point to Administrative Tools, and then click Active Directory Users and Computers.
Delegated control is inherited by all child containers below the container to which control is delegated.
You must be an enterprise administrator to delegate RSoP control at the domain and site level.
