CBaseOutputPin::DeliverNewSegment (Windows CE 5.0)
Calls the IPin::NewSegment method on the connected input pin.

Parameters
- tStart
Start time of the segment. - tStop
Stop time of the segment. - dRate
Rate of the segment.
Return Values
Returns an HRESULT value.
Remarks
If your filter queues any data in the output pin, override this member function in your derived output pin class.
Requirements
DirectShow applications and DirectShow filters have different include file and link library requirements.
