Releases the stored allocator.

Returns an HRESULT value.
Remarks
This member function overrides the CBasePin::Disconnect member function.
It calls CBasePin::Disconnect first, and then releases the allocator held by m_pAllocator.
Requirements
DirectShow applications and DirectShow filters have different include file and link library requirements.
