CBaseAllocator::Decommit (Windows CE 5.0)
Releases the memory for the specified buffers.

Return Values
Returns an HRESULT value.
Remarks
This member function implements the IMemAllocator::Decommit method. Any threads waiting in the IMemAllocator::GetBuffer method return with an error after this method is called.
The IMemAllocator::GetBuffer method fails if it is called before the IMemAllocator::Commit method or after this method.

DirectShow applications and DirectShow filters have different include file and link library requirements.
