Adding a Command to the Tools Menu (Windows CE 5.0)
You can add a command to the Tools menu.
To add a command to the Tools menu
From the Tools menu, choose Customize and then choose the Tools tab.
In the Menu contents box, scroll to the bottom of the list.
Double-click the blank line as indicated by an empty rectangle.
Type the name of the tool as you want it to appear on the Tools menu; then press ENTER.
For example, to add a command for Notepad, type Notepad.
In the Command box, enter the path and name of the tool; for example, Notepad.
Enter any arguments to be passed to the application in the Arguments box.

Choose the arrow next to the Arguments box to display a list of macros.
Type the file directory for the tool in the Initial Directory box.

Choose the arrow next to the Initial Directory box to display a list of macros.
Choose Close.
Choose the tool from the Tools menu to run it.
If the application that you are adding to the Tools menu has a program information (.pif) file, the startup directory specified by the .pif file overrides the directory that you specify in the Initial Directory box.
