Volume settings have changed. The client must call IRTCClient::Volume and IRTCClient::AudioMuted to update the UI. - RTCCET_DEVICE_CHANGE

Network quality has changed. - RTCCET_ASYNC_CLEANUP_DONE
IRTCClient::PrepareForShutdown has completed.
