CMemAllocator::CreateInstance (Windows CE 5.0)
Creates new instances of CMemAllocator in the factory template.

Parameters

Pointer to the IUnknown interface. - phr
Pointer to the HRESULT value into which to place resulting information.
Return Values
Returns the pUnkRet parameter, which is a CUnknown class object.
Requirements
DirectShow applications and DirectShow filters have different include file and link library requirements.
OS Versions: Windows CE 2.12 and later. Version 2.12 requires DXPAK 1.0 or later.
