IVoIPMgr::StopProgressTone (Windows CE 5.0)
This method stops a progress tone that was started by a call to IVoIPMgr::PlayProgressTone.

| S_FALSE | There was no tone to stop. |
| S_OK | The progress tone was successfully stopped. |
