IVoIPCallerInfoDB::CreateRecord (Windows CE 5.0)
This method creates a new record associated with this database.
HRESULT CreateRecord( IVoIPCallerInfoRecord** ppiRecord);
Parameters
- ppiRecord
[out] Pointer to the IVoIPCallerInfoRecord interface for the new information record. All the fields in the record are set to default empty or invalid values. If the method succeeds, an object is created. The caller must free this object by using Release when the object is no longer being used.

Remarks
The record created is not immediately placed in the database, instead, it is associated with the database. To add the record to the database, the application must call the IVoIPCallerInfoRecord::Commit method.
