CBaseRenderer::ShouldDrawSampleNow (Windows CE 5.0)
Determines if the sample should be drawn between the start and stop times given.

Parameters
- pMediaSample
Media sample. - pStartTime
Start time in question. - pEndTime
End time in question.
Return Values
Returns S_FALSE by default.
The overriding member function can return S_OK to indicate that the sample should be drawn immediately instead of waiting for its scheduled time.
Remarks
This member function is used by the derived video renderer class for quality management.
Requirements
DirectShow applications and DirectShow filters have different include file and link library requirements.
